Family Lunch
On the first Sunday of each month following the Family Mass we host a lunch in the Parish Hall for members of the family of Christ Church. “People who eat together stay together.” Much of the cost is met as part of others’ voluntary Christian service, but donations to show appreciation and thanksgiving are very welcome. Meat and vegetarian options are available, and a variety of desserts.Following lunch we have in the past hosted film shows or games for children (and adults!) and more are planned.

Invitations are no longer required for lunch, and we extend a general invitation to members of the Electoral Roll of Christ Church, to members of the congregations, and to others.
The churchwardens and the Parochial Church Council will continue
- to apply the PCC’s policies for the Protection of Children and Vulnerable Persons;
- to satisfy their responsibilities under the Fire Safety Regulations by controlling the numbers attending;
- to endeavour to ensure that food is available for all present.
Alcohol is not served at the lunch, nor is it permitted to be brought.
